A consulting engagement typically ends in a recommendation. A CopperPin engagement ends in a running system. Our engineers write the production code, run it against live traffic, and stay embedded until your own team can operate and extend it without us.

What does a CopperPin engagement cost, and is there a minimum?

Pricing is fixed-price per engagement and scoped after qualification, with part of it held against the outcome we agreed to deliver. We don't publish a rate card because scope varies, but engagements are sized for teams with a real budget for a production system — not a pilot budget. How long does a deployment take?

A Discovery Sprint runs two weeks and ends in a written deployment plan. A Deployment runs eight to sixteen weeks and ends in a production system measured against your number. A Rails engagement runs six to twelve months and builds the internal platform for your team to ship the next ten agents alone.

Do you build chatbots or AI demos?

No. If what you want is a proof-of-concept, a demo for a board meeting, or a chatbot bolted onto a website, CopperPin is the wrong vendor — we're structured for engagements that end in a system running against real production traffic, measured against a real business metric.
