Privacy requests
Use this form to exercise your rights over personal data held by CopperPin, a unit of RxOnWeb. You can also email business@copperpin.io. Both routes are handled the same way.
What you can ask for
- Access — a summary of the personal data we hold about you, what we do with it, and who we have shared it with.
- Correction — fix, complete or update your data.
- Erasure — delete your data, unless the law requires us to keep it.
- Withdraw consent — stop processing that relies on your consent. This stops future processing. It does not by itself delete data we must keep, so ask for erasure too if you want that.
- Nomination — name someone to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to act. Give their name and contact details in the details box.
- Grievance — tell us about a problem with how we handled your data.
How we verify and respond
We reply to the email address you gave. Before acting on access, correction, erasure or nomination requests, we confirm the request comes from the person the data is about, usually by checking that you control the email address on our records. We don't ask for identity documents unless we genuinely need them, and we never send your data to an address other than the one on our records.
We respond to requests and grievances within 30 days. If we can't fully meet a request, for example because the law requires us to keep certain records, we will explain why.
If you are not satisfied
Reply to our response or email us to escalate. If our grievance process does not resolve your complaint, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India once it accepts complaints under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
